The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:
REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY
Philip Lavin, 35 & 39 Candle Pine Circle, Hatchville, MA – For permission to create a 4-ft path, install a post and rail fence along the property line and install approximately 800 sq ft of native shrubs in an area cleared without a permit.
Antoine Hadamard, 4 Redgate Lane, Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct three additions and install 78 sq ft of native shrubs to compensate for work within jurisdiction.
CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY
Scott & Sally Holbrook, 42 Eel River Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspools, install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, native shrubs and the associated clearing, grading and landscaping.
REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT
55 Millfield Street Realty Trust (c/o Josephine Green, Trustee), 55 Millfield Street, Woods Hole, MA – For permission to construct a second story addition with foundation, construct a deck with stairs, remove the existing unpermitted shed, install a stone trench drain for roof run off and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
Jay Rao, 124 North Falmouth Highway, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to raze the existing house, re-grade, loam and seed, construct a new house with a porch and spa, to pump, fill and abandon the existing septic system, pump a tank system and remove, construct a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, install utilities, spade and relocate existing cedars and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
CONTINUED REQUEST FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT
David & Patricia Smith, 390 Edgewater Drive East, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to raze the existing dwelling and construct a single-family 4-bedroom house with attached garage, covered porches, install a Title 5 sewage disposal system, utilities, AC units, outdoor shower, dry wells, driveway, remove the existing shed and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
CONTINUED REQUEST TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS
Black Beach Harbor Head Association, Black Beach Hills Road, Little Neck Bars Road, Gilbert Lane, Drift Road, West Falmouth, MA – Request to amend the existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-3908) at the easterly end of Little Neck Bars Road by expanding the width of the cul-de-sac that includes the removal of a 14-inch cedar, 10-inch cherry, 5 & 6-inch dead cedars, a 4 to 8-ft swath of naturally vegetated shrub buffer and the placement of hardener on the travelled surface.
