The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Katrina Anderson, 145 Walker Street, Falmouth, MA – For permission to install removable steps and native shrub plantings.

Greg Salvatore, 72 Pheasant Lane, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to remove Irish ivy by hand, remove two diseased trees and replant with native trees.

Woods Hole Boat Sales, Inc., 352 Scranton Avenue, Falmouth, MA – For permission to remove fifteen (15) broken and worn pilings on three finger piers and replace with vinyl-coated pilings, replace decking and structural supports where needed.

Falmouth Yacht Club (c/o Jim Tietje), 290 Clinton Avenue, Falmouth, MA – For permission to replace a broken piling with a vinyl-coated piling.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Scott & Sally Holbrook, 42 Eel River Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspools, install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, native shrubs and the associated clearing, grading and landscaping.



CONTINUED REQUEST FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Town of Falmouth - Falmouth Housing Corporation (c/o Linda Clark, Director), Spring Bars Road (Map 39-15-047-001), Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct and maintain a 40-unit 40B housing project including the construction , installation and maintenance of all buildings, municipal sewer connection, roadways, driveways, drainage, utilities and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Michael Kachadoorian, Lot 77, Muskeget Road (Map 32-04-008-077), East Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a single-family house with an attached garage, deck, install a Title 5 sewage disposal system, utilities, dry wells, driveway and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

REQUESTS TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS

Black Beach Harbor Head Association, Black Beach Hills Road, Little Neck Bars Road, Gilbert Lane, Drift Road, West Falmouth, MA – Request to amend the existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-3908) at the easterly end of Little Neck Bars Road by expanding the width of the cul-de-sac that includes the removal of a 14-inch cedar, 10-inch cherry, 5 & 6-inch dead cedars, a 4 to 8-ft swath of naturally vegetated shrub buffer and the placement of hardener on the travelled surface.
