The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

Town Meeting Article regarding Oxbow Road.

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Steve Haddad, Burke Lane (Map 15-02-004D-002),West Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct and maintain a single-family 4-bedroom house with a breezeway and attached garage, deck, install native plantings within an existing cleared path, a Title 5 sewage disposal system, utilities, driveway and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Robert & Athleen Zimmermann, 280 Sippewissett Road, Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspool, relocate and sleeve the existing water service, rebuild a stone wall and install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system. 

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Scott & Sally Holbrook, 42 Eel River Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspools, install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, native shrubs and the associated clearing, grading and landscaping. 




REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Town of Falmouth – DPW (c/o Raymond Jack), 62 John Parker Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to implement an Ecological Restoration Project along the Coonamessett River by the removal of Lower Dam, a concrete culvert with flashboards, and the restoration of Lower Bog into a naturalized stream and wetland ecosystem that includes the removal of earthen berms, a change in channel alignment and gradient, channel bank designs to provide stability and habitat potential, a restoration planting plan that includes native trees, shrubs and seed mixes and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR A HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Town of Falmouth - Falmouth Housing Corporation (c/o Linda Clark, Director), Spring Bars Road (Map 39-15-047-001), Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct and maintain a 40-unit 40B housing project including the construction , installation and maintenance of all buildings, municipal sewer connection, roadways, driveways, drainage, utilities and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Cape Cod Camping Club, Inc. (c/o Anthony Newman), 176 Thomas B. Landers Road, East Falmouth, MA – For filling and altering wetland resource area and in buffer to resource areas as defined in FWR 10.00 and 310 CMR 10.00.
