The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Kenneth Jaquith, 1467 Sandwich Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to vista prune and to remove a dead pine.

Kenneth & Kristen Alexander, 101 Cumloden Drive, Woods Hole, MA- For permission to replace the existing timber slipway within the same footprint and elevating off the ground.

Cornelius Hurley, 11 Tonset Road, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to alter a second floor shed dormer and construct a second story deck over the existing patio.

Falmouth Commodores (c/o Steven Brocklebank), 744 Main Street, Falmouth, MA – For permission to move the existing press box back 10-ft, install a timber deck and stairway, brick and paver areas and construct an enclosed shed roof.

Allan Davies, 319 Grand Avenue, Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon two cesspools, upgrade with a new Title 5 sewage disposals system and to loom & seed upon completion.

Scott & Sally Holbrook, 42 Eel River Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspools, install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, native shrubs and the associated clearing, grading and landscaping.

REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Ivor Bloom, 245 Sippewissett Road, Falmouth, MA – For permission to raze the existing dwelling and construct a single-family 4-bedroom house with an attached garage, deck with stairs, covered porch with stairs, pump, fill and remove cesspools and install a Title 5 sewage disposal system, utilities, dry wells, leaching catch basin, driveway and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Matthew & Andrea Zuker, 80 Beach Street, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a 4-bedroom single-family house with a balcony, attached garage, install a Title 5 sewage disposal system, utilities, dry wells, driveway, driveway trench drain and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Beccles Road Nominee Trust (c/o Dana Doe), 19 Beccles Road & Sippewissett Road (Map 36-06-000-000C), Falmouth, MA – For permission to install approximately 100 linear feet of steel sheeting along the base of the existing mortared stone revetment which includes construction access, vegetation restoration and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
