The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:
CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR A HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT
Beccles Road Nominee Trust (c/o Dana Doe), 19 Beccles Road & Sippewissett Road (Map 36-06-000-000C), Falmouth, MA – For permission to install approximately 100 linear feet of steel sheeting along the base of the existing mortared stone revetment which includes construction access, vegetation restoration and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
Town of Falmouth - Falmouth Housing Corporation (c/o Linda Clark, Director), Spring Bars Road (Map 39-15-047-001), Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct and maintain a 40-unit 40B housing project including the construction , installation and maintenance of all buildings, municipal sewer connection, roadways, driveways, drainage, utilities and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
P & B Realty Trust, 131 Associates Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to raze the existing dwelling and construct a single-family 5-bedroom house with an attached garage, decks, porches, screened porch, stairs, install an in-ground swimming pool, pool patio, walkways, paved driveway, Title 5 sewage disposal system, utilities, dry wells, retention basin, generator, driveway, native tree & shrub plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
Jay Rao, 124 North Falmouth Highway, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to raze the existing house, re-grade, loam and seed, construct a new house with a porch and spa, to pump, fill and abandon the existing septic system, pump a tank system and remove, construct a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, install utilities, spade and relocate existing cedars and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
REQUESTS TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS
Peter & Cynthia Starosta, 83 Gunning Point Avenue, Falmouth, MA – Request to amend the existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-4133) to remove non-native invasive vegetation, treat invasive vegetation stem/root systems with approved herbicides and replace with native plants.
ENFORCEMENT ISSUES
Gerald Valente, 51 Gunning Point Avenue, Falmouth, MA – For clearing and altering wetland resource area and in buffer to resource areas as defined in FWR 10.00 and 310 CMR 10.00.
