b. Approve Request for Expenditure in the Amount of $632.46 from the Fire Rescue Department Donation Account for Fabric Bags for the 4th Annual Emergency Preparedness & Fire Prevention Fair
c. Authorize grant application to State Seaport Economic Council for an Innovation Grant in partnership with WHOI to conduct a preliminary design and feasibility study to redevelop WHOI’s Iselin Dock and related waterfront facilities
d. Authorize development of MOU regarding potential medical marijuana dispensary
e. Authorize the filing of a grant application to the State in conjunction with Towns of Bourne, Mashpee and Sandwich for engineering consulting services exploring potential wastewater infrastructure options and alternatives with existing facilities on Joint Base Cape Cod
f. Authorize Town Manager to spend up to $1,072 from Article 17 (April 2011 Town Meeting) to pay for supplies and materials related to a Stream Nitrogen Removal laboratory proof-of-concept study
