Falmouth Community Television in partnership with the League of Women Voters, Falmouth presents Candidates' Night. FCTV/LWV invited all candidates in contested races to participate as an opportunity to introduce themselves to potential voters in the upcoming Town-Wide Election on May 18th, 2021. Uncontested candidates were invited to record a statement immediately following the Candidates' Night.
We had 3 participants from Morse Pond at this years April Vacation Animation. All 3 students had fun creating their own stories and characters. The students then used basic Stop Motion techniques as well as video editing to create their own short animated stories. Oreo is a cute black and white domestic short hair female. This 3 year old has black on her upper half, white on her lower half, and an adorable black smudge on her nose. She is quite a shy little girl who is sweet and loves attention once she gets to know you a bit. Although, right now she is showing us much more of her shy side. Oreo was rescued from down south and her previous foster reports that she's quite the social butterfly once she settles in.

The Falmouth Road Race was established in 1973 and has become one of the premier running events of the summer season. After the Coronavirus outbreak altered plans in twenty-twenty and transitioned to a virtual event, this summer hopes to see a return to a limited in-person race. FCTV caught up with Falmouth Road Race Executive Director Jennifer Edwards at the finish line in Falmouth Heights to learn more.
Covid-19 shuttered the “twenty-twenty” Falmouth Commodores baseball season, but there are plans to have the team return to the diamond at Guv Fuller Field this summer.
