Chef Bob Jarvis serves up some tasty treats in the FCTV kitchen as Host, Gail Blakely leads a thoughtful discussion in how Chef Jarvis got his start in food. The duo makes Casino Butter, Clams Casino, Haddock Chowder, and Arrabiata sauce in front of a live studio audience. Chef Jarvis owns and operates the Quarterdeck Restaraunt in downtown Falmouth, The Pilot House & Lounge in Sandwich, and Bucatino Restaurant and Wine Bar off of Rte. 151 in North Falmouth. Host Gail Blakely is the Culinary Director at Historic Highfield Hall and is a longtime columnist with the Falmouth Enterprise.
