The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Richard Urban, 23 Hamblin Point Road, Waquoit, MA – For permission to vista prune.

Sandy Boyd, Buzzards Bay (Latitude +41 37’ 85” Longitude -70 41’ 65”), Falmouth, MA – For permission to convey the Cleveland Ledge Lighthouse property ownership and to allow minor restoration, follow all guidelines for historic buildings and ongoing maintenance to the structure.

REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Debra & Paul Hennessey, 569 Currier Road, East Falmouth, MA 
– For permission to remove remnants of a concrete block 
retaining wall, install footings, native plants, construct
 a native stone and mortar retaining wall with steps and
 returns and the associated clearing, excavating, grading 
and landscaping.


Steve Haddad, 190 Associates Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to install an in-ground swimming pool, pool patio, install 

infiltrators, pool equipment, pool fence, retaining wall,
 wood fence, native mitigation plantings and the associated
 clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Rycon Group, Inc. (c/o Daniel & Deborah Shearer), 30 Chapoquoit 
Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to remove trees,
 remove a portion of the existing structure and construct 
an addition with attached garage, remove pavement and gravel
 driveway and replace with lawn, install a crushed stone
 driveway, install mitigation plantings, dry wells,
 utilities, remove bittersweet and the associated clearing, 
excavating, grading and landscaping.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

 permission to construct and maintain two house additions,
 a porch addition, to remove and abandon a portion of the 
existing driveway to be converted to lawn, construction of
 a new driveway, retaining walls and steps, installation of
 a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, drainage, utilities,
 mitigation and restoration plantings and the associated
clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

REQUESTS TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS

John & Judith Dowling, 106 Ransom Road, Falmouth, MA – Request
 to amend the existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-3761) to
 reconfigure the house footprint, construct a storage shed,
 modify the landscape improvements and the associated clearing,
