The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a
 public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, 
September 26, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

Scott Anderson, 125 Little Neck Bars Road, West 
Falmouth, MA – For permission to install a new Title 
5 sewage disposal system.

Estate of Bavalie Pritchard (c/o Jeffrey Prichard), 
174 Grand Avenue, Falmouth, MA – For permission to 
remove two cesspools and to install a septic tank 
with a poured concrete slab and a raised Title 5 
sewage disposal system with a 2-ft retaining wall.

Salley Mavor, 25 Bar Neck Road, Woods Hole, MA – For 
permission to demolish, reconstruct and connect Town 
sewer to the rear house on this property.

 Woods Hole, MA – For permission to repair a 40-ft 
long licensed stone groin and steps and 270-ft
 licensed stone riprap in Buzzards Bay, all associated
 construction access and restoration and the associated
 clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Moira Goodman, 66 Grove Street, North Falmouth, MA –
 For permission to renovate the existing house and
 garage, construct a porch, deck, patio, walkways, 
install native mitigation plantings and the associated
 clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.


John & Maria Maxwell, 13 Ocean Avenue, East Falmouth,
 MA – For permission to renovate the existing house 
and construct a garage, covered entry, second-floor 
deck, remove and reconfigure the patio, replace the
 outdoor shower, expand the driveway, install dry wells,
 utilities and the associated clearing, excavating, grading 
and landscaping.

F.W. Webb Company, 171 Worcester Court, Falmouth, MA – For 
permission to demolish the existing building and garage 
and to construct a new, 2-story GFA wholesale/warehouse 
facility, install a new loading dock, paved parking areas,
 sidewalks, landscape beds and lawn, stormwater 
infiltration system, Title 5 septic system, underground
 utilities and the associated clearing, excavating, 
grading and landscaping.

 expired Orders of Conditions (DEP 25-2193 & 25-2472)
 through the installation of 3225 sf of native mitigation
buffer plantings, the proposed 740 sf of beach grass
 plantings, to authorize the existing unpermitted 
shell parking area and shed with planting 1075 
additional mitigation plant species, to remove invasive 
non-native shrubs and replace with native species and 
the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Michael George, 45 Dusty Miller Road, Falmouth, MA – 
For permission to construct and maintain two house
 additions, a porch addition, to remove and abandon a 
portion of the existing driveway to be converted to 
lawn, construction of a new driveway, retaining walls
 and steps, installation of a new Title 5 sewage disposal
 system, drainage, utilities, mitigation and restoration
 plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, 
grading and landscaping.

Stephen Parker, 378 Acapesket Road, East Falmouth, MA –
 For permission to construct a 4-ft x 54-ft fixed pier,
 3-ft x 12-ft ramp, 6-ft x 16.5-ft terminal “T”, a 4-ft
 x 4-ft upper landing, 6-ft x 16-ft landing deck with 
stairs, eight 10-inch diameter pilings, two 12-inch
 diameter float pilings , 3-inch x 8-inch yokes, 
3-inch x 10-inch stringers, timber handrail and the
associated clearing.

Matthew & Russlyn Seiler, 61 & 67 Nashawena Street,
 West Falmouth, MA – For permission to relocate the
 existing house and expand to create a 6-bedroom 
single-family house with porches, landscape features,
 appurtenances, install native mitigation plantings,
 a new Title 5 sewage disposal system with enhanced 
denitrification and the associated clearing, excavating, 
grading and landscaping.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A CERTIFICATE OF 
COMPLIANCE

Nantucket Sound Trust, Lots 3 & 4, Davis Neck Road, East 
Falmouth, MA – Request that a certificate of compliance
 be granted for the sea wall reconstruction under DEP 25-3682.

 and in buffer to resource areas as defined in FWR 10.00
