The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Marianne Gould, 69 Sippewissett Road, Falmouth, MA – For permission to install a new girt supported by four wood posts on four new concrete footings and to install a new dry well to connect to existing downspouts.

John Carew, 75 Teaticket Path, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspool, install a new 4-inch sewer line from the garage to the house and to install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system.,

Paula Maher, 123 Alder Lane, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a 4-bedroom single-family house with an attached garage, deck & porch with stairs, sunroom, to install a Title 5 sewage disposal system, walkway, catch basin with leaching pit, outdoor shower, landscape wall, driveway, water service, utilities and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Brian Najarian, 80 Eel River Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct new decks, a rinse station, access stairs, pergolas, install dry well, expand the existing deck and the associated excavating, grading and landscaping.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Town of Falmouth – Beach Committee (c/o Don Hoffer), 295 Quaker Road, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to remove approximately 320 linear feet of two rows of wood retaining wall, install a crushed stone footing 6-inches deep, approximately 240 cement blocks (4-ft long x 28-inches deep x 2-ft high) with the top course consisting of a cap block for a wall height of 4 to 5-ft, the restoration of disturbed coastal dune with dune grass and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Mark & Cynthia Cilfone, 58 Davis Road, East Falmouth, MA- For permission to remove the existing shed and construct a 1-bedroom addition with stairs, attached garage, deck expansion, to extend the driveway, install a trench drain, dry wells, native tree and shrub mitigation plantings, remove a tree and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

REQUESTS TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS

John & Margaret Forbes, 281 Edgewater Drive West, East Falmouth, MA – Request to amend the existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-3893) to expand the house footprint, add roof overhang, reconfigure the deck, expand mitigation plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Black Beach Harbor Head Association, Little Neck Bars Road, Black Beach Hills Road, Gilbert Lane and Drift Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to amend the existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-3908) to remove trees and shrubs, to trim, re-grade and install hardener in the cul-de-sac located at the east end of Little Neck Bars Road.

Lucas McCabe, 62 English Street, East Falmouth, MA – For clearing and altering wetland resource area and in buffer to resource areas as defined in FWR 10.00 and 310 CMR 10.00.
