The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public
 meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, November 7,
 2012 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY


Town of Falmouth – Wastewater Management (c/o Amy Lowell), 
Water Street (Map 49A02-000H000B), Woods Hole, MA – For permission 
to remove
 a 550 gal fiberglass reinforced plastic fuel storage tank
 from an underground concrete vault adjacent to the wastewater lift
 station.

Friends of the Cove. Inc. (c/o Patricia Johnson), 10
 Point Road (Map 04-01-001-164), North Falmouth, MA – 
For permission to remove vines, invasive vegetation, 
control phragmites using approved methods and to mow 
the existing park area.

Gansett Trustees (c/o Ellen Adams), Gansett Road (Map 49-03-16-000B),
 Woods Hole, MA – For permission to remove dock pilings
 and replace with greenheart pilings, remove and dispose 
of three float piles and replace with two piles, all
 work done from a barge.

Michael Burwell & Pamela Benton, 272 Acapesket Road, East 
Falmouth, MA – For permission to vista prune.

Howard Smith, 33 Ocean Avenue, East Falmouth, MA – For 
permission to pump, fill and remove the cesspool and 
install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system with a
 3500 gal septic tank, raised leaching bed, installation
 of a 6-inch concrete slab and to relocate utilities.

Town of Falmouth – Engineering (c/o Scott Schluter),
 318 Quaker Road, North Falmouth, MA – For permission
 to replace the existing failing septic system with a
 new Title 5 sewage disposal system within the 
existing paved parking area.

REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

John & Patricia Ramey, 80D Little Island Road, West 
Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a new
 addition, a second story addition, remove and dispose 
of oil and propane tanks and install a new gas service,
 pump and remove the septic tank and install a new Title
 5 sewage disposal system and the associated clearing,
 excavating, grading and landscaping.

Michael Mooney, 96 Penzance Road, Woods Hole, MA – For 
permission to implement a buffer zone restoration project
 that includes the removal and management of non-native 
and invasive tree and shrub species, the installation of
 appropriate native plant species and the associated 
clearing, grading and landscaping.

Nina Webber, 50 & 60 Associates Road, West Falmouth, MA – 
For permission to replace approximately 133 linear feet of
 an existing vertical stone and concrete seawall with a 
sloped riprap seawall, deposit 30 cu yds of sand to create
 an access ramp, install mats for protect, native 
plantings at the top of the seawall and the associated
 clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

The Geraldine V. Griffith Trust (c/o Geraldine V. Griffith, Trustee), 
32 Eldredge Drive, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to add 
new riprap to supplement the existing riprap seawall that
 includes the installation of filter fabric, adding new
 crushed stone and riprap approximately 9 to 14-ft in width,
 remove trees and shrubs, install native plantings to 
supplement the existing vegetation and the associated clearing,
 excavating, grading and landscaping.

Owen Potter, 64 Irving Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission
 to demolish the existing single-family house and construct a
 new dwelling with an attached garage, deck and porch with stairs,
 outdoor shower, install dry wells, utilities and the associated
 clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Augustine & Denise Centola, 123 Shorewood Drive, East Falmouth, MA – 
For permission to demolish the existing dwelling and construct
 a new single-family house with an attached deck, farmer’s 
porch, install dry wells, utilities, driveway, native mitigation 
plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and
 landscaping.

REQUESTS TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS

Kathleen Campanella & Roger Marino, 32 Cape Codder Road,
 Falmouth, MA – Request to amend the existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-3763)
 for house and landscape modifications including adding an
 expanded deck, porch and den, increasing mitigation plantings,
 drainage, reconfigured driveway and the associated clearing, 
excavating, grading and landscaping.
