The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Treetops Condominium Trust, 120 Woods Hole Road, Falmouth, MA – For permission to release Galerucella beetles (Galerucella sp.) for the control of purple loosestrife (Lythrum salicaria) that includes submission of yearly monitoring reports on the impacts of beetles on the non-native loosestrife and native wetland vegetation and documents the extent of beetle spread.

The 300 Committee (c/o Jessica Whritenour), 682 Sandwich Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to restore a ceramic silo that includes installation of a French drain with crushed stone, repairs to the foundation, silo blocks and roof replacement and to enclose the ell with a wall, door and roof.

Cleo Zani, 26 Beach Street, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing septic tank and install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system.

REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

David Schnell, 232 Alder Lane, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to reconstruct a 5-bedroom single-family house with additions, deck with stairs, outdoor shower, wall, new Title 5 sewage disposal system, pervious driveway, front walkway, utilities, AC units, dry wells, to remove trees, install native and ornamental plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Denise Fronius, 345 Edgewater Drive West, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system with a 1500 gal septic tank, 1000 gal pump chamber, a mounded chamber disposal field with a concrete block retaining wall and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

The Gold Family Realty Trust (c/o David Peterson), 236 Acapesket Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a house additions, rebuild the existing deck, construct a porch, install dry wells, native mitigation plantings and restoration plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Estate of Angeline Caruso (c/o Eugene Caruso, executor), 191 Edgewater Drive West, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a new 3-bedromm single-family house with an attached deck, AC units, to install a Title 5 sewage disposal system, driveway, utilities, native mitigation plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping. Request for a variance under FWR 10.13 from the performance standards set out in FWR 10.18(5)(a)1.a. (buffer zone to salt marsh) and FWR 10.18(5)(a)3.e. (buffer zone to coastal bank).

Robert Rotondi, 92 Edgewater Drive East, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to renovate and expand the existing single-family house with two new additions, deck expansion, reconfigure the driveway and expand parking, to install a covered portico, sidewalk, retaining walls, AC units, utilities, dry wells, native mitigation plantings, to repair and expand the existing dock and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
