REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Pinecrest Beach Improvement Association, between 23 & 27 Lake Shore Drive (Map 22-05-029-000), East Falmouth, MA – For permission to clear a path down a right-of-way.

Gerald Husted, 155 Coonamessett Circle, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to vista prune.

Kyle Kochiss, 145 Shorewood Drive, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspool and install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system.

Elizabeth Danella, 7 Hiawatha Street, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to remove 1st floor deck & bulkhead, add 2nd floor living room and deck and to build new 1st floor deck under 2nd floor deck.

REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Pine Bank Road Realty Trust (c/o Ira Kashgagian), 5 Pine Bank Road, North Falmouth, MA - For permission to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new 4-bedroom single-family house with an attached deck with stairs, porch, stone landings, to install a concrete retaining wall, landscape tie wall, four crushed stone parking spaces, a Title 5 sewage disposal system, native plantings, utilities and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

REQUEST TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS
