The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

TO DISCUSS THE PENDING LITIGATION FOR 78 SQUIBNOCKETT DRIVE (SPALARIS)

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Lynda Spence, 97 Old Dock Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission 
to install two stainless steel removable davit 
arms to support an inflatable zodiac run-about 
boat on a seasonal basis.

Judith Hoefler, 53 Paola Drive, East Falmouth, MA – For permission
 to repair an existing culvert outfall, including the
 addition of a 12-inch flared end and 6 to 12-inch 
modified stone.

Sippewissett Highlands Beach Trust (c/o John Kelleher),
 Sippewissett Road (Map 36-06-000-000A), West Falmouth, MA – 
For permission to erect two kayak racks.

Sally Mavor, 25 Bar Neck Road, West Falmouth, MA – For 
permission to raze the rear house on the lot and 
construct a new house with deck, landing, stairs,
 connect to Town sewer, install an Environment One 
Pump model, water service line, utilities and the 
associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Paul Nazzaro & 68 Eel River Road Realty Trust, 62 & 68 
Eel River Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to 
demolish the existing single-family house, guest house, 
garage, two sheds and construct a new 5-bedroom single-family 
house with attached garage, decks, stairs, patios, wall,
 install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, fire pit, 
utilities, 4-ft wide board walk, dry wells, native tree & 
shrub mitigation plantings and the associated clearing, 
excavating, grading and landscaping.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Ellen Clemence, 259 Lake Shore Drive, East Falmouth, MA –
 For permission to raze the existing dwelling and construct
 a new single family house with a covered porch, decks 
with steps, stepped landscape walls, landing and stairs,
 to install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system,
 utilities, dry wells, native mitigation plantings,
 grade modifications and the associated clearing,
 excavating, grading and landscaping.

Joseph Melnick, 167 Great Bay Street, East Falmouth,
 MA – For permission to raze the existing dwelling and
 construct a single-family house with an attached garage,
 walkway, patio, driveway expansion, to install dry wells,
 utilities, native mitigation plantings and the
 associated clearing, excavating, grading and
 landscaping.

Daryl & Janice Cugini, 35 Childs River Road, East
 Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a fixed 
pier consisting of a 4-ft x 20-ft walkway, 3-ft x 
16-ft ramp, 6-ft x 16-ft terminal float, install four
 10-inch pilings, four 12-inch pilings, a boat lift, 
underground water and electric service to the dock and
 the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Walter Platt, 26 Drift Road, West Falmouth, MA – For
 permission to demolish the existing garage and 
construct a single-family house with a garage under,
 deck, install a Title 5 sewage disposal system,
 dry wells, utilities, an unpaved driveway, mitigation 
plantings, maintain the existing path and the

 associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

REQUESTS TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS

120 Racing Beach Trust (c/o Edward Gordon), 120 Racing
 Beach Avenue, Falmouth, MA – Request to amend the
 existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-3437) to reduce
 the patio footprint, install a retaining wall and
 steps, install additional mitigation plantings, add
 additional fill, modify screen plantings, install a 
secondary limit of work and the associated clearing, 
excavating, grading and landscaping.

REQUESTS TO EXTEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS
