The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

CPC Presentation of Spring Bars Road Master Plan

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Town of Falmouth – Beach Department (c/o Don Hoffer), 56 Surf Drive, Falmouth, MA – For permission to install a 9-ft x 9-ft concrete pad and shower tower.

Marion Bihari, 7 Pond View Circle, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to trim bush and cut limbs on dead trees.

Stephen Regan, 118 Clinton Avenue, Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a wrap-around porch.

Roberta Hutchinson, 77 Gifford Street, Falmouth, MA – For permission to raze the existing garage, replace with a new addition and to install mitigation plantings.

The Roy Schorer Trust Agreement (c/o Tim Schorer ), 292 West Falmouth Highway, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspools and install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system.

123 Highland Avenue Realty Trust (c/o Susan Knute, Trustee), 123 Highland Avenue (Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 & 27) and Highland Avenue west of Arlington Street, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a duplex house with two dwelling units and maintaining one dwelling pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40B with garage, decks, to connect to Town sewer and to construct a new water service to abutting residential lots along Highland Avenue and the duplex house, to construct a gravel drive and parking area, gravel driveway on Glen Avenue and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
