The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY
Town of Falmouth – Engineering (c/o Peter McConarty), Oyster Pond Road at the Trunk River (Map 50-05-017A000; Map 50-05-016B000B; Map 47-01-040000), Falmouth, MA – For permission to remove failed bike path pavement, replace missing base where required, repair shoulders utilizing materials washed into the parking lot to the northwest of the damaged section and to install new asphalt in the bikeway and restore to pre- Hurricane Sandy conditions.
Estates of William & Jane Wyman (c/o Marilee Wyman), Lot 0 (Map 47C08-026-000), Lot 173B & 137C, Clinton Avenue, Falmouth, MA – For permission to install native plants and monitor for plant health to address the Order of Conditions issued under DEP 25-2773.
REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT
Mark Theroux & Patricia O’Brien, 124 Ferry Road & Lot 179, Ferry Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to reconstruct a timber bulkhead by removing roots and vegetation at the base of an eroding coastal bank, replace and add new footprint with vinyl sheet pilings, timber wale beams and tie rods, add clean coarse fill behind sheet pilings, install native plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
Christopher & Betsy Crowley, Pine Bank Road (Map 02A06-037-000), North Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a 3-bedroom single-family house on piers, attached deck with stairs, landing with stairs, install a gravel or shell driveway, utilities, temporary irrigation system, Title 5 pressure-dosed system, relocate an existing gas line and replant with native trees and shrubs and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
James & Nancy Wyatt, 23 Childs River Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a 97-ft dock that includes a 4-ft x 82-ft fixed walkway, 3-ft x 12-ft ramp, 6-ft x 16.5-ft floating dock, six 10-inch pilings, two 12-inch float pilings, pier handrail, 3-inch x 8-inch yokes, 3-inch x 10-inch stringers, to remove a 10-inch pine and the associated clearing, excavating and landscaping.
John & Margaret Forbes, 281 Edgewater Drive West, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to demolish the existing house and construct a new 3-bedroom house with an attached deck and stairs, stairway and basement landing, front entryway with steps, to install AC units, dry wells, utilities, driveway, new Title 5 sewage disposal system, native mitigation plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
REQUEST TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS
Mark Balk, 212 Associates Road, West Falmouth, MA - Request to amend the existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-3738) to reduce the house footprint, reconfigure the septic system components and driveway, install a generator and underground propane tanks, re-orient the pool, spa, pool terrace, pool fence, incorporate landscape revisions and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
