The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY
David Wald, 41 Chapoquoit Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a one-car garage addition, relocate the main entry to the house, modify the steps to the back porch, modify the sewage disposal system and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
Richard Rhodes, 7 Swift Street, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to repair the existing 4-ft high x 110-ft long seawall to include repointing and stone replacement.
REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT
Robert & Joanne Fallon, 71 Little Island Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to renovate the existing single-family house to include three additions, three second story decks, construct a detached garage, install a terrace, Title 5 sewage disposal system, utilities, reconfigure the driveway and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
18 Willis Lane Nominee Trust (c/o Kevin Klauer, Trustee), 18 Willis Lane, East Falmouth, MA - For permission to repair and maintain the existing 185 linear feet of stone riprap, 110 linear feet of stone groin, removal of existing timber pilings, beach maintenance and the placement of 55 cubic yards of sand and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
Lawrence Bohn, 3 & 7 Gunning Point Road, Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct and maintain a single-family house with attached garage, deck, porch, to install a patio, walkways, retaining walls, fire pit, paved driveway, Title 5 sewage disposal system, utilities and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
Ty Perini, Megansett Harbor, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to install a shellfish aquaculture grow-out site approximately 2-acres for the bottom culture of eastern oysters, bay scallops and razor clams.
