The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Woods Hole Boat Sales, Inc., 352 Scranton Avenue, Falmouth, MA – For permission to repair 87 linear feet of steel bulkhead consisting of removing the steel cap and cap log and replacing with in-kind material, to be welded to the steel bulkhead with the wood cap log bolted to the steel cap.

Louise Stanwood, 96 Chapoquoit Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to vista prune.

REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Gary & Sherry Lurie, 1 Starfish Lane, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to raze the landward portion of the existing house and rebuild with a larger footprint, to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspool, install native mitigation plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

James Duffy, 46 Point Road, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to rebuild seasonal stairs, construct an 11-ft square patio, remove an existing stone wall and build a new realigned wall, realign the path to the riprap stairs, remove and realign driveway, install permanent irrigation system on landward side of house, mitigation plantings, conduct resource area buffer restoration and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Chance & Dawn Elm, 342 Acapesket Road, East Falmouth, MA - For permission to raze the existing dwelling and construct a new single-family house with attached garage, deck with stairs, install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, paved driveway, retaining walls and stairs, rinse station, mitigation plantings, utilities, remove landscape debris, trees, relocate the existing shed, pump, fill and abandon leach pits and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Jill Park, 6 Pondlet Place, Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a detached garage with living space above, relocate the outdoor shower, install dry well, new Title 5 sewage disposal system with the old septic tank to be abandoned in place, gravel driveway, utilities, mitigation plantings, conduct resource area buffer restoration and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Ty Perini, Megansett Harbor, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to install a shellfish aquaculture grow-out site approximately 2-acres for the bottom culture of eastern oysters, bay scallops and razor clams.

Reva Renee Adams Property Trust (c/o Reva Renee Adams, Trustee), Lot 4, Oyster Pond Road (Map 50-05-014-007), Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a wooden stairway down coastal bank, build a fence and arbor with gate, add stone steps and replace stone steps with handrails, install native shrub plantings, maintain a vista corridor and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

REQUESTS TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS

Shannan & Jeff Conway, 11 Onawa Lane, Falmouth, MA – Request to amend the existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-4002) to reduce the size of the house and relocate, to remove and relocate the swimming pool, driveway, install a drive court with retaining wall, catch basin, dry wells, reduce the mitigation plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
