Presentation by Nick Nelson of Inter-Fluve re: Coonamessett River Restoration Project.

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Giovanni D’Angelo, 12 Bay View Avenue, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to install underground conduit in 3-ft trench for future electric service, remove and replace one (1) tree, pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspool and upgrade with new Title 5 sewage disposal system.

Mary & Daniel Haron, 8 Brockton Street, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to remove a shed, renovate house interior, add a second story and direct run-off into existing dry wells.

Dan Gorin, 194 Seapit Road, Waquoit, MA – For permission to replace the entire dock decking and to add center stringers.
CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

The NAIT Nominee Trust, 10 Chapoquoit Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspools and install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system.

Charles & Susan Moran, 402 Wild Harbor Road, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to rebuild an existing 4.5-ft x 13.5-ft shed and expand to 6.5-ft x 13.5-ft.

REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Tumbleweed Nominee Trust (c/o Robert Travers, Trustee), 26 Coatuit Road, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to renovate the existing house which includes elevating the structure to current flood zone requirements, footprint modifications, restoration plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Brian & Patricia Keck, 213 Seapit Road, Waquoit, MA – For permission to install a generator, rinse station, set of deck stairs, BBQ pad, native tree and shrub mitigation/restoration plantings, create a vista corridor and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

David Wald, 146 Old Dock Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to raze the existing dwelling and construct a single-family 4-bedroom house with attached garage, porch and deck with stairs, install Title 5 sewage disposals system, utilities, dry wells, gravel driveway, stone wall to be cleared and repaired and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
