The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Falmouth Harborwalk LLC, 26 Robbins Road, Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a recently removed pool in a new footprint, install a spa and expand the concrete patio pool footprint.

Samuel Coleman, 9 Bournes Pond Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to remove the existing unpermitted pipes, replace 105 linear feet of dock seaward which includes decking and railings, installation of a 6-ft x 6-ft float, 4-ft x 6-ft float, 3-ft x 16-ft ramp, replace twelve 4-inch x 6-inch posts with 10-inch diameter pilings and the first 90 +/- linear feet to remain but with the request to replace the decking and railings.

Charles & Susan Moran, 402 Wild Harbor Road, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to rebuild an existing 4.5-ft x 13.5-ft shed and expand to 6.5-ft x 13.5-ft.

The NAIT Nominee Trust, 10 Chapoquoit Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon the existing cesspools and install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system.

REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Paul & Joanne Egerman, 77 Menauhant Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to enhance 90 linear feet of concrete seawall which includes placement of granite boulders on top of the existing riprap, repair cracks in concrete seawall, seawall capstone epoxy mortared to the top of the concrete seawall, place beach sand behind the seawall and replant two areas of beach grass and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
