The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

W. S. Shultz Company, Inc, parcel 53 School Street (Map 49A-01-053-000), Woods Hole, MA – For permission to replace elevated walkway support posts (4) with new 4-inch x 6-inch posts, repair brackets connecting two floats, re-install loose boards and other incidental repairs, all work by hand.

Robert & Jill West, 380 Wild Harbor Road, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to remove the existing sewerage disposal system and replace with a new Title 5 sewage disposal system.

John Rice, 45 Tobey Lane, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to license the existing pier structure under grandfathering to acquire Chapter 91 licensing.

Wendy Vogel, 36 Captain Davis Lane, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to vista prune.

REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Town of Falmouth – DPW (c/o Raymond Jack), 650 Gifford Street, Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a new 8 million gal/day capacity water treatment plant, raw water pump station, raw water intake, to abandon & reconfigure water mains at the existing Long Pond Pump Station and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Janet & Samuel Bain, 146 Saconessett Road, West Falmouth, MA - For permission to manage invasive plants, restore the coastal bank, install landscape steps, install an herb garden, plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Laura Nungesser, 178 Edgewater Drive East, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to install composite sheet piling behind the existing stone riprap seawall, install bedding stone 12 to 18-inch trap rock in the area of the collapsed stairs, construct new stairs and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

52 Perch Pond Circle Realty Trust, 52 Perch Pond Circle, East Falmouth, MA - For permission to renovate the existing dwelling that includes renovating the landscape stairs, constructing a new first floor deck above the existing deck with a set of stairs, expanding the concrete stoop, reconfiguring the timber wall, installing native mitigation plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Michael & Martha Terry, 67 Nashawena Street, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to renovate the existing dwelling to include the construction of new additions, deck, patios, stairs, pergola, landscape retaining walls, native mitigation plantings, to license the existing stone pier, wooden ramp and float and the associated clearing, grading and landscaping.
