REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

 

Westminster Land Company, Inc., 23 Zell Street,

 East Falmouth, MA – For permission to repair the “T”

 section of dock and last section of the timber walkway.

 

John Dow, 27 Madeline Road, East Falmouth, MA – For

 permission to pump, fill and remove the existing 

cesspools and install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system.

 

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

 

Town of Falmouth - Water Quality Management Committee (c/o Stephen Rafferty), Little Pond estuary and the west end of Narragansett 

Avenue, East Falmouth, MA – For permission access Little Pond at 

the west end of Narragansett Avenue to cultivate oysters using 

floating bags (maximum of 2000 floating bags or 20 strings of 

100 bags) as part of the Shellfish Propagation Demonstration Project.

 

Black Beach Harbor Head Association, Little Neck Bars Road, 

Black Beach Hills Road, Gilbert Lane and Drift Road, West Falmouth, MA - For permission to implement proposed road maintenance and storm 

water management improvements that includes vegetated swales

 and addition of dense grade crushed stone, along approximately 

1 mile of private gravel roads and the associated clearing,

 excavating, grading and landscaping

 

Raymond & Ann Carlin, 374 Mill Road, Falmouth, MA – For 

permission to construct and maintain a one-car garage and

 an addition, relocate the gravel driveway, utilities,

 remove an existing shed, reroute or replace the sewer 

service and the associated clearing, excavating, grading 

and landscaping.
