The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public
 meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, December 19,
 2012 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:

REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Town of Falmouth – Engineering (c/o Peter McConarty), Oyster
 Pond Road at the Trunk River (Map 50-05-017A000; Map
 50-05-016B000B; Map 47-01-040000), Falmouth, MA – For
 permission to remove failed bike path pavement, replace
 missing base where required, repair shoulders utilizing
 materials washed into the parking lot to the northwest
 of the damaged section and to install new asphalt in
 the bikeway and restore to pre- Hurricane Sandy conditions.

CONTINUED REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY

Gansett Trustees (c/o Ellen Adams), Gansett Road (Map 49-03-16-000B),
 Woods Hole, MA – For permission to remove dock pilings and 
replace with greenheart pilings, remove and dispose of three
 float piles and replace with two piles, all work done from a barge.

REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT

Comcast, North Central Division & NSTAR Electric Company,
 Surf Drive (Map 47-02-017-002A), Falmouth, MA – For 
permission to install a 4.5 mile long submarine hybrid cable
 across Vineyard Sound from Falmouth to Tisbury that includes
 installation of an 8-ft x 16-ft approach pit for drilling, a 
6-ft wide x 14-ft long x 8-ft deep manhole, a 3-ft x 3-ft 
Comcast manhole, an 80-ft long trench for a fiber optic cable
 within 2 to 4-inch conduits to run north then east underneath
 Mill Road to connect to existing NSTAR infrastructure via new 
and existing ductbanks and the associated clearing, excavating, 
grading and landscaping.
