Now in its fifth year, the Ruck4HIT Challenge Weekend will kick off on Saturday, September 26 and end on Sunday, September 27. This year, we're adding a twist! You choose your challenge -- you can ruck OR swim, kayak, SUP, bike, hike or select another physical activity not on this list.

Cape Cod is a stranding hotspot for many marine animals. The National Marine Life Center helps these animals rehabilitate and then releases them back into the wild. As Covid-19 has disrupted all of our lives and caused concerns about the food supply chain that supplies our traditional grocery stores, more and more Falmouth residents have tried their hand at growing their own backyard gardens. A local non-profit, Farming Falmouth, has created the Share Your Bounty program that will allow backyard gardeners to donate their extra produce to those in need.
