The GALLERY at FCTV - GUIDELINES for Showing and Gallery Visits 2022

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the rise of additional variants, FCTV has revised rules and regulations for showing at and visiting The Gallery at FCTV.

PROOF OF VACCINATION

For anyone entering our facilities, we will require a one-time proof of a physical vaccination card, a photo of a vaccination card, or other proof from a patient portal or similar platform, that shows proof of FULL vaccination (fully vaccinated occurs two weeks after receiving the second dose of the two-dose vaccine (Moderna or Pfizer) or two weeks after the single-dose (J & J) vaccine and booster shot as recommended by the CDC when eligible). FCTV will follow any updated CDC guidance on what is required to be considered fully vaccinated. Upload vaccination proof to:

ARTISTS

Work will be delivered to FCTV at a specified date and time, in a specified manner.

Please note that masks are required on the grounds of FCTV. FCTV requires a high quality face mask for entry and no longer allows cloth masks as a sole means of face covering.

 Acceptable masks include:

N95, KN95, KF94 and surgical-type masks (worn tight to the face with no gaps).

If you would like to wear a cloth mask over one of these that is acceptable.

All work must be properly framed and wrapped so as to protect the work from damage.

All work must be properly labeled with information as follows:

  • Artist’s Name, Address, Phone, and Email
  • Medium
  • Title of Work
  • Price (if for sale)

Work will be hung by the Gallery Coordinator.

No receptions will be allowed at this time.

VISITORS to All Exhibitions
NOTE: The facility will be closed to the public through January 2022.

Mon-Thu: 10am-9pm;  Fri: 10am - 5pm;  Sun: 1pm-6pm

 No more than three (3) individuals will be allowed to enter at one time to view the exhibit.

Social distancing requested.
