FCTV Seeking Interns for Summer

Falmouth Community Television (FCTV) is seeking four interns for the summer of 2019. FCTV internships are hands on and require a basic working knowledge of camera, audio and lighting equipment. Interns will assist in the production of FCTV Exclusives, short news stories to be cablecast on FCTV’s Public Channel 13, as well as various FCTV productions like Commodores baseball games and “Falmouth in Focus,” FCTV’s news magazine program. Interns may also assist with youth programs, production seminars, and supporting member productions.

The ideal candidate has video production experience and a strong work ethic. He or she should be well organized and willing to learn. Editing experience is a plus. Interns are required to work a minimum of 10 hours a week and must be able to start by June 20th. We prefer earlier if possible.

If interested, please send applications to Allen Russell, Production and Education Coordinator at allen@fctv.org. Applications are due by May 19th, 2019. The application can be found here (PDF).
