The Falmouth Art Center recently held their annual Artists Yard Sale where people from all over town come to get rid of some of their old supplies and/or painting. You can find excess art supplies such as paints, canvases, craft supplies, artwork, brushes, books, frames, easels, crafts and so forth.

Gosnold on Cape Cod is planning to move and expand its services to the former location of the Falmouth Center nursing home on Jones Road.  Gosnold hosted a community meeting regarding the project on Thursday, June 21 at the Falmouth Public Library.

The Falmouth Farmers’ Market is on Thursdays, noon to 6 pm, May 24 – October 11, 2018 at Marine Park overlooking Falmouth Harbor. 

 Markets feature vegetables and fruits from farms in Falmouth, on Cape Cod and around Buzzards Bay and southeastern Massachusetts; local smoked fish, eggs, artisanal cheeses, breads, pies, pastas, meat, herbs, flowers, and vegetable starts.

Falmouth Harbors are wait listed. Between January 1st and March 15th you may fill out a wait list form for up to two harbors, and pay a fee for each list, to be added to the wait list. Residents of Falmouth as well as non-residents are allowed to apply for a mooring permit.

The Bikeways Committee directs maintenance of the Shining Sea Bikeway, a paved pathway of extraordinary beauty. The Bikeway extends 10.7 miles, from County Road in North Falmouth to the Steamship Authority's Ferry terminal in Woods Hole, a historic seaside fishing village and the site of several major research institutions. It also connects at a number of points to the network of designated Bike Routes across Falmouth.
