Falmouth Community Television, located at 310 Dillingham Avenue in Falmouth, will host an Open House on Thursday September 7, 2017 from 6 to 9PM.
This free and public open house is a great opportunity for first-time visitors to learn about all the benefits associated with an FCTV membership and get an in depth tour of the facility. For active members, FCTV’s Open House events provide a great opportunity to network and plan future productions.
Equipment demonstrations will showcase FCTV’s video training lab, animation suite, production van, and studio. A catered BBQ spread of hot dogs, pulled pork, and chicken will be provided by local eatery Doggz & Hoggz. The night will be capped off at 7:30 with a screening of the hilariously bad 1940 film “The Devil Bat”. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied to the screening by a parent or other responsible adult due to its potentially scary content. Weather permitting, the screening will take place outdoors on the lawn behind the FCTV offices. Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
