Programs

Falmouth Community Television manages Public, Education and Government Access in the town of Falmouth.

As part of our contract with the Town of Falmouth, FCTV produces for cablecasting on FCTV-Channel 15, the Government Access Channel, municipal meetings including Selectmen, Zoning Board of Appeal, Planning Board, Conservation Commission and Town Meeting, as well as 30 additional meetings per year as requested by the Town Manager. Additionally FCTV also produces for channel 15 programs hosted by Town of Falmouth Department Heads including Police Chief Anthony Riello and Building Commissioner Eladio Gore. Beginning in 2012 look for more public affairs programming featuring the Town Manager and Fire Rescue Chief as well as programs produced by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

FCTV-Channel 14 features programs of an educational nature highlighting the happenings in the Falmouth Public Schools as well as the School Committee Meetings.

FCTV-Channel 13, the public access channel in Falmouth features programming from the community itself, either produced from within our active membership or specifically requested and sponsored by Falmouth residents, who take full responsibility for the content of the programs.

All three channels run electronic community bulletin boards during non-programming hours. Channel 13 features information from non-profit organizations and community groups as well as from FCTV itself including our schedule of video production workshops, most of which are free to FCTV members. Channel-15's community bulletin board contains municipal information including committee meeting schedules and information from the Town of Falmouth. Channel-14's community bulletin board features information pertinent to the Falmouth Public Schools including school bus schedules, sports schedules, school lunch menu's and more.

From municipal meetings to school news to informational and entertaining programming, there is something for everyone on FCTV.
