Landers Road and Rt 28A (Map 15-02-006A000), North Falmouth Highway, North Falmouth, MA – For permission to enhance drainage treatment into Crocker Pond through replacement of the headwall and pipe at Crocker Pond, removal of existing sediments, installation of a new 24-inch RCP flared end further upslope, stone pad/sedimentation basin, additional leaching structures and a new drainage manhole further upslope, restoration of disturbed vegetation with native species and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

 Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon
 the existing cesspool and install a new Title 5 sewage 
disposal system, repair a collapsed section of landscape
 wall in same footprint, remove invasive English ivy in
 that area and replace with lawn.

 For permission to raze the existing dwelling and 
construct a new 5-bedroom single-family house,
 deck with stairs, porch, landing, AC pad, to install 
a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, driveway, 
dry wells, utilities, mitigation plantings and
 the associated clearing, excavating, grading 
and landscaping.

Mark & Arlene Lowenstein, 537 West Falmouth Highway,
 West Falmouth, MA – For permission to complete 
house renovations and mitigation plantings under 
an expired Order of Conditions (DEP 25-2962) to
 move an unpermitted tool shed, remove the brick 
walkway, trim trees, remove a tree, remove and 
treat invasive plant species, install native tree
 and shrub species and the associated clearing, 
excavating, grading and landscaping.

The Geraldine V. Griffith Trust (c/o Geraldine V.
 Griffith, Trustee), 32 Eldredge Drive, North Falmouth,
 MA – For permission to add new riprap to supplement
 the existing riprap seawall that includes the
 installation of filter fabric, adding new crushed
 stone and riprap approximately 9 to 14-ft in
width, remove trees and shrubs, install native
plantings to supplement the existing vegetation 
and the associated clearing, excavating, grading
 and landscaping.

Vacation Resorts International (c/o R & B Development LLC),
 134 Menauhant Road, East Falmouth, MA - For
 permission to close out expired Orders of Conditions 
(DEP 25-2193 & 25-2472) through the installation of
 3225 sf of native mitigation buffer plantings, the
 proposed 740 sf of beach grass plantings, to 
authorize the existing unpermitted shell parking
 area and shed with planting 1075 additional mitigation 
plant species, to remove invasive non-native shrubs and 
replace with native species and the associated clearing,
 excavating, grading and landscaping.

Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a 3-ft x 25-ft 
pier walkway and 2.5-ft x 23-ft pier walkway with 2” x 12”
 stringers and to permit the existing wooden piers.

 Woods Hole, MA – For permission to rebuild the main
 building which includes partial foundation
replacement, removal of loading dock to be replaced
 with a wood deck, installation of a new Title 5 
sewage disposal system, stormwater management and 
the associated clearing, excavating, grading and
 landscaping.

REQUESTS TO AMEND THE EXISTING ORDER OF CONDITIONS

 – Request to amend the existing Order of Conditions
 (DEP 25-3764) to modify the existing deck, reconstruct
 steps, incorporate a landing and install a stone wall.
