Receptionist/Facility Assistant - Part Time up to 25 hrs./wk

 
 
General Statement of Duties:

Support FCTV staff and members with administrative, clerical, marketing, channel scheduling and promotion work.

Duties include serving as receptionist, assisting with Channel 13 programming, customer support, answering phones, and diversified duties as assigned including assisting with marketing, fundraising, channel promotion, mailings, event planning, and community group use of the Channel 13 community bulletin board. The position is part-time (up to 25 hours per week). Hours are Sundays 2pm – 9pm and Monday – Thursday, (5pm-9pm) or 5:30 pm – 9:30pm. Additional hours during staff vacations and FCTV events. Interest in video production is desired.

Qualifications:

Hours: 20 - 25 hrs. per wk. Sundays and evenings. Must be flexible.
Benefits: 50% Health Insurance, SIMPLE IRA, Vacation and Sick pay per policy.
Pay Range: $10.50 - $12.50 per hour commensurate with experience
Reports To: Operations Manager, Executive Director
